(West Palm Beach, FL) Everett Wilkinson, Chairman and Founder of the largest tea party in the state, South Florida Tea Party, said the following regarding the Republican Primary in South Carolina: "Newt Gingrich has increased his base dramatically the last few weeks. His win in South Carolina will only add momentum to a rock rolling down the hill. Last week Newt won the Tea Party Presidential Poll with 28% that over 6,000 votes were cast. I have been on the phone with tea party leaders and members across Florida and most are leaning toward Newt. The negative adds are actually cementing support for Newt because supporters are ignoring them. For once I am seeing conservatives unite around one candidate,Newt Gingrich. Newt is a perfect example of perseverance. Every time you think he is knocked out, he stands up and punches harder. The Republican Primary is far from over, but Newt Gingrich deserves the title of 'Rocky.' I am predicting Newt to win Florida."
